No. RAID is a pure web application — just open your browser to use it. The system connects through each platform's official API, so there is no desktop program, browser extension or local software to install. Team members only need to log in to their account to collaborate.
AI product matching first hard-matches by product barcode, then applies AI title matching to help establish cross-platform product links. Internal benchmark accuracy reaches 91%, subject to product data quality. All AI matching suggestions require human approval before they are applied.
All AI matches are presented as suggestions and only take effect after your human approval, so incorrect matches are never applied automatically. You can confirm, correct or reject each suggestion in the review interface. The system never changes your product data without approval.
Your operational data is stored in a managed cloud database with tenant-level isolation. Each merchant's data is segregated by database-level access rules combined with application-layer filtering to prevent cross-merchant access. Platform credentials are stored encrypted and never kept in plaintext.
RAID provides four roles — owner, admin, editor and viewer — so permissions can be assigned by staff responsibility. The features and data each role can access differ, and sensitive operations are limited to authorised roles. You can adjust or revoke a member's permissions at any time.
Yes. Product, order and sales data can all be exported to CSV. You can export by filter conditions from the relevant list pages for reconciliation or separate analysis. The data belongs to your business, and you can retrieve it at any time.
